Marcelo Alvarez is an Enforcer for the O Palácio crime syndicate.
Biography[]
Although Alvarez is known as a freelance accounting consultant for Sanchez Aluminum, he is actually a hitman for a Brazilian crime syndicate that owns the aluminum plant.
When O Palácio found out that Trond Landvik was behind the sabotage of the Sanchez Harvesters, they Sent Alvarez to remove the threat to their company. He killed Landvik and his bodyguard, and then went after Jazz Bashara.[1]

Marcelo is a grizzled Latino man. The first time Jazz sees him, his right arm is in a sling from his fight with Irina.
